El servicio de acceso a los mercados internacionales forma parte de nuestros servicios de CONSULTORIA EN COMERCIO EXTERIOR y pivota sobre la labor que realizan nuestros Export Sales Managers, primero con la empresa-cliente y posteriormente con los contactos-distribuidores que mantenemos en múltiples países y regiones.

Nuestro objetivo: Ser un puente entre el cliente y el distribuidor que facilite, agilice y promueva el incremento de las ventas en los canales internacionales.

En primer lugar, es necesario analizar el modelo de negocio y (si existe) la ESTRATEGIA COMERCIAL y de MARKETING de la empresa-cliente y la posible experiencia acumulada que pueda tener en los mercados internacionales, así como determinar el alcance a través del análisis de su capacidad productiva, operativa y logística.

A continuación, el equipo de Export Sales Managers analiza el CATÁLOGO DE PRODUCTOS y su potencialidad exportadora. El objetivo de esta fase es identificar aquellos productos con mayor potencialidad de éxito en los mercados internacionales atendiendo a:

  • Parámetros propios del producto
    • Evaluación de su composición
    • Evaluación de la información contenida en el packaging y sus posibilidades de adaptación en base a los requisitos del mercado de destino
    • Evaluación de los claims asociados al producto o a alguno de los activos presentes en su formulación
    • Revisión de la documentación necesaria para su exportación
  • Parámetros comerciales
    • Análisis de las ventas del producto en el mercado de origen u otros mercados existentes
    • Evaluación del modelo establecido de tarifas y promociones
    • Establecimiento del rango de pedidos (unidades y/o valor)
    • Definición de los leads time
    • Existencia de materiales de apoyo para la presentación o promoción comercial
  • Parámetros de eficacia
    • Existencia de estudios o ensayos que demuestren la eficacia del producto
    • Existencia de publicaciones científicas o bibliografía que apoyen la eficacia del producto
  • Parámetros del país o países destino
    • Identificación de los mercados más proclives para la comercialización del producto
    • Evaluación de las variables sociodemográficas, comerciales, culturales y sanitarias propias de cada país con el fin de establecer el correcto posicionamiento del producto a través del canal más apropiado.
    • Evaluación del marco regulatorio
    • Identificación y selección del distribuidor apropiado.

Este proceso contará con la colaboración de nuestros expertos en el ámbito REGULATORIO, quienes verificarán que el producto cumpla con los requisitos o estándares normativos del país o países destino, a fin de facilitar y asegurar su registro en las pertinentes agencias nacionales.

Una vez concluida las fases de análisis y evaluación, desde Nextport presentamos una PROPUESTA COMERCIAL A ÉXITO, la cual incluirá objetivos viables y concretos a alcanzar en el plazo de tiempo estipulado.

Una vez aceptada la propuesta comercial de Nextport, nuestros Export Sales Managers realizan una labor sistemática y continuada de contacto y presentación de producto a nuestros contactos-distribuidores en los países de destino, negociando precios y condiciones, pero siempre respetando los acuerdos alcanzados con las empresas a las que representamos.

Por último, tras la firma de los acuerdos con nuestros contactos-distribuidores se tramitarán los PEDIDOS, los cuales sólo serán despachados una vez la empresa haya emitido la factura correspondiente y recibido el pago del 100% del importe del pedido por adelantado, de forma que reducimos a cero el riesgo de impago.

En definitiva, nuestro fin es optimizar el proceso de internacionalización, identificar y eliminar los posibles riesgos o barreras a la exportación y maximizar los objetivos.
