¿Qué es el OUTSOURCING EXPORTACIÓN?
El outsourcing es un modelo de gestión según el cual la empresa encarga a un externo especializado la realización de determinadas tareas, funciones y responsabilidades, sin límite temporal, a través de un contrato mercantil y sujeto a la consecución de unos determinados objetivos que marcarán el desempeño y la continuidad del servicio.
Es, por tanto, un modelo en el que un tercero ajeno a la organización se integra orgánicamente en la estructura de una empresa como un departamento más y realiza sus funciones de manera similar a como lo haría cualquiera de los departamentos o áreas que componen dicha empresa.
¿Cuáles son los elementos que definen el outsourcing?
- La especialización: El outsourcing es especialización y experiencia. Es conocer el camino y los riesgos inherentes a los que se va a enfrentar la organización y, por tanto, saber cuándo y cómo evitarlos.
- Delimitación funcional clara: Por definición, el outsourcing no puede ser genérico y debe establecer claramente las funciones y responsabilidades que asume. Una definición funcional clara, transparente y consensuada con el resto de la organización, facilitará la gestión diaria y prevendrá posibles conflictos internos favoreciendo la integración plena y efectiva a lo largo del tiempo.
- Sin limitación temporal: el outsourcing no se limita a un marco temporal definido, ni se encuentra acotado en el tiempo. El outsourcing tiene fecha de inicio, pero no de fin, y continuará vigente hasta que alguna de las partes decida su finalización.
- Contrato mercantil: El outsourcing se materializa a través de un contrato mercantil. No hay costes salariales asociados, ni se consolida un puesto de trabajo.
- Determinación de objetivos y resultados esperados: En Exportación , el outsourcing viene determinado por un claro objetivo: El incremento de las ventas en los mercados internacionales, la apertura de nuevos destinos o en su caso, la consolidación de los existentes.
- Seguimiento y reporte: A través de reuniones quincenales o mensuales el outsourcing aporta información de primera mano, no solo del desempeño del servicio, sino de las tendencias de los mercados, la aceptación del producto e incluso de la competencia. Información imprescindible para la toma de decisiones.
En definitiva, la empresa puede seguir haciendo foco en la gestión diaria y delegar la consecución de los objetivos y el incremento de las ventas en los mercados internacionales en una empresa especializada en consultoría en comercio exterior.
