class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_is_the_Digital_Kit\"><\/span><b>What is the Digital Kit?<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>This is an initiative of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation that is part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, the Digital Spain 2025 agenda and the SME Digitalisation Plan 2021-2025. This initiative is funded by the European Union Next Generation EU and has a <b>budget of \u20ac3,067 million<\/b> to invest in the <b>digitalisation of SMEs and the freelance sector and boost their digital transformation.<\/b><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Who_can_apply_for_these_subsidies\"><\/span><b>Who can apply for these subsidies? <\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Freelancers and SMEs in Spain with up to a maximum of 49 employees.<\/strong> You must meet a series of basic requirements, such as <strong>not having any debts with the Social Security or the Spanish Tax Agency.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This grant is not for start-up companies. They must be <strong>registered in Spain and in operation for at least 6 months before applying for subsidies<\/strong> for the digitalisation of companies. And they must be <strong>registered in the Census of Entrepreneurs, Professionals and Withholders of the State Tax Administration Agency.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other requirements that companies must meet in order to be eligible for these digitalisation subsidies are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not to be subject to any of the prohibitions set out in the <strong>General Law on Subsidies.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not be subject to an outstanding recovery order following a previous decision of the <strong>European Commission<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not being a company in crisis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not having exceeded the \u20ac200,000 limit for public subsidies.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To apply for digitalisation subsidies for companies in the digital kit you must <strong>pass a Digital Level Maturity assessment<\/strong>. This is a test and is available on the <strong>Acelera Pyme platform<\/strong>. It consists of 13 simple questions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The only legal way to <strong>apply for this subsidy for the digitalisation of companies<\/strong> is through a legal representative or an authorised voluntary representative. And only through the automated form available at <a title=\"electronic headquarters Government of Spain\" href=\"https:\/\/sede.mineco.gob.es\/portal\/site\/sede\/menuitem.33acf1f52432faa4fc7c9710026041a0\/?vgnextoid=f019f2ccc8f46310VgnVCM1000002006140aRCRD&amp;vgnextfmt=formato2&amp;startPage=20&amp;id1=2014&amp;id2=E05068901&amp;id3=E05069501&amp;id5=0&amp;id4=2598009\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Red.es e-Office<\/strong><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>At the time of writing this article, about twenty companies have entrusted <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nextport.es\/en\/services\/organizational-development\/\">Nextport<\/a> to represent them before the administration in order to carry out all the necessary procedures for their concession.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1376 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nextport.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/digitalizar-empresas.jpg\" alt=\"digitalization subsidies\" width=\"1000\" height=\"666\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.nextport.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/digitalizar-empresas.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.nextport.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/digitalizar-empresas-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.nextport.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/digitalizar-empresas-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.nextport.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/digitalizar-empresas-980x653.jpg 980w, https:\/\/www.nextport.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/digitalizar-empresas-480x320.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_do_they_subsidise\"><\/span><b>What do they subsidise?<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <strong>adoption of technological solutions for their digitalisation<\/strong>. The subsidy should be used to procure technological solutions through digitalisation agents in order to optimise enterprises. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_type_of_subsidies_are_they\"><\/span><b>What type of subsidies are they?<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They are <strong>non-refundable or non-repayable grants<\/strong>. They are not loans, so repayment of the amount granted is not required. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_is_the_deadline_for_applying_for_subsidies_for_the_digitisation_of_digital_kit_companies\"><\/span><b>What is the deadline for applying for subsidies for the digitisation of digital kit companies?<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can apply now. The deadline opened on 15 March for the first segment of companies with between 10 and 49 employees. The deadline is 15 September 2022 at 11 a.m. or whenever the initial funds of EUR 500 million are used up. So if you are interested, you should apply as soon as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The dates for the following segments are still to be confirmed. It is estimated that it will be between June and July for microenterprises with between 3 and 9 employees and between September and October for the freelancers and companies with less than 3 employees. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Subsidies_for_the_digitalisation_of_companies_with_10_to_49_employees\"><\/span><b>Subsidies for the digitalisation of companies with 10 to 49 employees<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The maximum amount of these subsidies for the digitalisation of companies is 12,000 euros. These are divided into different categories or segments, which are listed below, along with the <strong>maximum amount<\/strong> for each one. It is important to bear in mind that you can take on as many digital solutions as you need, until the \u20ac12,000 limit is reached.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Website and internet presence, 2000 \u20ac.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E-commerce, \u20ac2,000<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Social media management, 2.500 \u20ac.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customer management, \u20ac4,000<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Business intelligence and analytics, \u20ac4,000<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Process management, \u20ac6,000<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E-invoicing, \u20ac1,000<\/span><\/li>\n<li digitalisation of companies for which the application period is open. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Digital_entrepreneurship_subsidies_for_womens_digital_entrepreneurship\"><\/span><b>Digital entrepreneurship subsidies for women&#8217;s digital entrepreneurship<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These subsidies for the digitalisation of companies aim <strong>to help digital entrepreneurs to reduce the gender gap in this area<\/strong>. It is an advance loan granted by the <strong>Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Next-Tech_Fund\"><\/span><b>Next-Tech Fund<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These are grants for the <strong>development of innovative high-impact digital projects and investment in growth companies<\/strong>. Its beneficiaries are <strong>Scale-ups<\/strong> growing companies with a minimum ticket over \u20ac3 million and <strong>Start-ups<\/strong> with investments of less than \u20ac1 million.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Agroimpulso\"><\/span><b>Agroimpulso<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Its objective is to stimulate and promote the <strong>digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the agri-food sector and rural areas.<\/strong> These grants are provided by the <strong>Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food<\/strong>, and will be managed and administered by <strong>ENISA<\/strong> to support <strong>technology-based business projects that base their activity on the generation of new products, processes or services.<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"New_future_calls_for_applications_for_subsidies_for_the_digitalisation_of_companies\"><\/span><b>New future calls for applications for subsidies for the digitalisation of companies<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will keep you informed of <strong>other grants for the digitalisation of companies in specific sectors.<\/strong> They are already in the programming and drafting phase.
